About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Production Operative to join our growing manufacturing team in Telford. You will help produce our range of precast concrete products to the highest quality standards, working within a supportive, team-focused environment.
What You will Do
Casting, finishing and quality-checking precast concrete units; operating moulds and lifting equipment safely; keeping the production area clean and compliant; and supporting the wider team to hit daily production targets.
What We are Looking For
A reliable, hardworking attitude and a willingness to learn. No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided. A strong focus on health and safety and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
